Holidays: Memorial Day
Memorial Day is celebrated annually in the US on the last Monday of May. It is a day to honor all Americans who have died serving their country. The US government recently requested that Americans offer a moment of silence on this day in order to pay respect to these brave men and women. Learn a brief history about this American holiday through today’s mini-podcast. This podcast is an audio preview of the reading from our NEW lesson plan.
